Qualifikationen

We are a global leader in Retail Software Technology with markets around the world and have recently launched cutting-edge AI Products to help Retailers around the world use deep-learning computer vision to bring their store operations to the next level.

To meet the exploding demand among retailers around the world for our AI-enabled products, we are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Consultant / Project Delivery Manager.

These will be your main tasks:

1. Lead technical and commercial discussions with global retailers during sales discussions to understand their specific needs.
2. Conduct checks on IT infrastructure, POS integration requirements, store operations, compliance aspects and other related topics in order to assess 'pilot readiness' of potential sales leads.
3. Set-up and manage customer projects to enable testing and piloting of our AI products at retailer's stores.
4. Support our customers in designing their specific interfacing and user experience.
5. Define project KPIs with customers and communicate with stakeholders to ensure success of projects.
6. Provide customer feedback back to product and AI engineering team for improvement and adjustment and manage communication thereof.
7. Be the central connector between our retail customers, our sales team, and our product/engineering team and hence, ensure our business success.

We are looking for the following skills/experiences:

1. Solid consulting / project management experience (min. 2 years) of projects involving both technical and commercial aspects.
2. Proficient communication skills as well as fluent in German and English (German is mandatory!).
3. Have know-how in POS integration and/or IT/network infrastructure of the retail industry.
4. Talent in winning people over for common goals and align them on deliverables & deadlines and getting things done.
5. Have experiences in solution implementation.
