Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit technischem und kommerziellem Fokus.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

We are a global leader in Retail Software Technology with markets around the world and have recently launched cutting-edge AI Products to help Retailers around the world use deep-learning computer vision to bring their store operations to the next level.

To meet the exploding demand among retailers around the world for our AI-enabled products, we are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Consultant / Project Delivery Manager.

These will be your main tasks:
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions with global retailers during sales discussions to understand their specific needs.
  • Conduct checks on IT infrastructure, POS integration requirements, store operations, compliance aspects and other related topics in order to assess ‘pilot readiness’ of potential sales leads.
  • Set-up and manage customer projects to enable testing and piloting of our AI products at retailer’s stores.
  • Support our customers in designing their specific interfacing and user experience.
  • Define project KPIs with customers and communicate with stakeholders to ensure success of projects.
  • Provide customer feedback back to product and AI engineering team for improvement and adjustment and manage communication thereof.
  • Be the central connector between our retail customers, our sales team, and our product/engineering team and hence, ensure our business success.

We are looking for the following skills/experiences:
  • Solid consulting / project management experience (min. 2 years) of projects involving both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Proficient communication skills as well as fluent in German and English (German is mandatory!).
  • Have know-how in POS integration and/or IT/network infrastructure of the retail industry.
  • Talent in winning people over for common goals and align them on deliverables & deadlines and getting things done.
  • Have experiences in solution implementation.
