Position Description

As an AI Software Development Engineer in Test (f/m/d), under the leadership of the Test Manager, you will be responsible for developing test cases and automated test scripts to maintain the high quality of Cinemo’s solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and customer standards/requirements. You will work in a cross-functional engineering team to understand and implement the scope of work, using your passion to help maintain our high-quality software and machine learning components through manual and automated testing techniques. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication, organization, and technical skills, who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

1. Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans for Machine Learning, Android, iOS, and web applications.
2. Produce requirements traceability matrices, automation feasibility analyses, and time estimations.
3. Contribute to defining and refining the test strategy and advocate for quality practices within your team.
4. Identify and document ML model accuracies, software defects, track issues, and collaborate with the machine learning and development teams to resolve them.
5. Utilize testing frameworks and tools to automate test cases and improve test coverage.
6. Suggest procedural improvements and contribute to enhancing internal tooling and processes.

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML test automation and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Very good experience in Machine Learning, including Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
• Expert-level knowledge in programming languages (Python, Java, C++).
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems, proficiency with CLI tools and scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and MLOps tools (e.g., W&B, MLFlow, Airflow).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
