NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an AI Senior Consultant to support go-to-market strategies across the DACH region, shaping AI opportunities and business cases with clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Industry Leaders, and partners to translate strategic priorities into executable AI initiatives.

The role combines AI and transformation expertise with commercial acumen, working across interdisciplinary and international teams while ensuring responsible AI, governance, and privacy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years of experience with AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, incl. Generative AI.
• Experience identifying and shaping AI/tech-enabled business opportunities across industries.
• Experience with presales, business development, workshops, solution shaping, proposals, or client presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with a commercial mindset.
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to work across DACH and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support AI go-to-market strategy across DACH; identify, qualify, and shape AI opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with business and tech stakeholders; run workshops on AI use cases.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, roadmaps, and client viewpoints for AI-enabled solutions.
• Support presales activities: shaping solutions, proposals, presentations, and executive meetings.
• Contribute to development and commercialization of new AI offerings (agentic AI, SaaS, managed services).
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, data, and tech partners; connect needs with reusable assets.
• Support market research, thought leadership, events, and pipeline development.

Overview

The AI Senior Consultant is part of the AI Go-to-Market Business Unit and supports the positioning and commercialization of AI solutions across industries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Combining AI and transformation expertise with commercial thinking and client engagement, the role helps identify high-value AI opportunities, shape business cases, and translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Client Partners, Industry Leaders, solution teams, and technology partners, the Senior Consultant helps bring differentiated AI offerings to market and accelerate adoption across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the AI go-to-market strategy across DACH and identify, qualify, and shape AI opportunities aligned with client and account priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and facilitate workshops to identify high-value AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, transformation roadmaps, and client-specific points of view, translating business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Support presales activities, including solution shaping, proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and executive meetings.
• Contribute to the development and commercialization of new AI offerings, including agentic AI, Service-as-Software, AI-enabled managed services, and co-innovation models.
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, data, and technology partners and connect industry-specific needs with reusable cross-industry capabilities and assets.
• Contribute to market research, thought leadership, events, and pipeline development.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements are embedded in solutions while working effectively across interdisciplinary and international teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology, digital transformation, or a comparable client-facing environment.
• 3+ years of experience with AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, including practical knowledge of Generative AI and related applications.
• Experience identifying and shaping AI or technology-enabled business opportunities across one or more industries.
• Experience with presales, business development, workshops, solution shaping, business cases, proposals, or client presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a commercial mindset.
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to work across DACH and Europe.

Preferred Skills

• Consulting or transformation experience across multiple industries or business functions, combined with strong curiosity and a fast-learning mindset.
• Proven hands-on experience in client environments with Generative AI, agentic AI, modern data architectures, and major cloud and AI platforms.
• Experience designing, positioning, or implementing enterprise AI use cases and AI operating or adoption models.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements translation skills, with knowledge of responsible AI, governance, privacy, security, and European AI regulation.
• Experience working across consulting, strategy, data science, architecture, engineering, and technology ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop and bring new AI propositions to market.
