We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a fast-growing health tech innovator bringing life-saving solutions to hospitals across Europe.

About the Role

As Sales Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for both direct sales within a defined European territory and the leadership of a high-performing sales team across the region. You'll manage your own pipeline and quota, while also coaching and developing your team to consistently exceed targets.

In addition to sales leadership, you will take ownership of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing key commercial insights to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll Need

  • Strong knowledge of the hospital sales cycle; experience in neurology or stroke is required
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales within healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Fluency in English and the primary language of your assigned territory
  • Willingness to travel across Western Europe as needed
  • Manage the full sales cycle in your territory : from prospecting to contract closure
  • Build and grow relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and channel partners
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records
  • Lead and develop the European Sales Team
  • Set KPIs and sales targets aligned to company objectives
  • Provide strategic coaching, performance management, and support for professional growth
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for the team
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy and align execution across territories
  • Analyse team performance and implement corrective actions
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional planning and coordination
  • Serve as internal Salesforce expert and administrator
  • Ensure CRM standards, data integrity, and custom reporting
  • Lead Salesforce training and onboarding for sales users

Market Insight & Reporting

  • Track competitors and industry trends, especially in neurology / stroke space
  • Provide insights for quarterly forecasts and commercial strategy
  • Deliver timely sales reports and strategic account plans
