We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a fast-growing health tech innovator bringing life-saving solutions to hospitals across Europe.
About the Role
As Sales Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for both direct sales within a defined European territory and the leadership of a high-performing sales team across the region. You'll manage your own pipeline and quota, while also coaching and developing your team to consistently exceed targets.
In addition to sales leadership, you will take ownership of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing key commercial insights to drive decision-making.
