We’re seeking a dynamic AI Project Manager (m/f/d) for our evolving wholesale company at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for enabling and coordinating the company-wide integration of Artificial Intelligence. This role bridges technical understanding and business alignment to embed AI across the organization.

You will build company-wide AI capabilities from the ground up and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that directly impacts the company’s growth. Your Profile

• 5+ years experience in a digital, cross-functional role (e.g., IT project manager, product manager, digital consultant)
• Experience with enterprise AI tool implementation
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations for AI
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and concepts
• Knowledge of AI domains: NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, automation
• Familiarity with SQL and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and working with LLMs
• Familiarity with AI development lifecycle and MLOps practices
• Proven ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Hands-on experience with agile methods and digital product lifecycles
• Passion for emerging tools and AI solutions
• Strong ability to structure complex technical and organizational topics
• Strong communicator with empathy and clarity

Your Mission

• AI Strategy & Implementation: Identify, analyze, and evaluate AI opportunities with engineering and business teams, designing comprehensive integration roadmaps
• Technical Development: Contribute to software engineering projects for our internal trading platform and build product roadmaps for AI-powered features, APIs, and integrations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Training & Adoption: Conduct AI literacy sessions across our organization and serve as the primary contact for AI initiatives
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with AI/ML trends and prototype new applications
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize existing AI implementations and build internal tools to streamline adoption
• Agile Project Planning: Run agile sprints with clear stories and timelines, resolving cross-functional risks to ensure timely delivery
