AI Futures are searching for a Technical Product Manager (AI/ML) for one of Germany’s most innovative and well-funded deep tech companies. This is an opportunity to shape the company as they scale and have tangible impact.

The Role

• Define and communicate a strategic product vision for AI/ML-powered software
• Translate complex engineering and business requirements into intuitive, scalable product features
• Own the product roadmap and delivery cycle for key AI-driven features
• Work cross-functionally with ML engineers, UX, DevOps, and enterprise clients
• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and lifecycle delivery for multiple product lines
• Bridge the gap between technical AI teams and industrial domain experts
• Conduct competitive analysis and keep the product aligned with the latest AI/agentic tech trends
• Support go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams with product strategy and messaging
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to validate product-market fit and co-develop solutions

The Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership roles
• Strong foundation in AI/ML, with experience turning models into real-world software products
• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven track record of building B2B or enterprise SaaS products (preferably data-heavy or AI-driven)
• Experience working in agile teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or automotive sectors is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments (e.g. big tech, startup, R&D)
• Fluent in English (German a plus)
• Able to work from Germany (hybrid model available)
