AI Platform Engineer (all genders)

Your tasks

As an AI Platform Engineer, you are experienced with Docker / Kubernetes and you enjoy developing distributed systems. As part of our infrastructure expert team, you will develop modern AI and data platform solutions to solve real-world problems:

• You will develop and automate a Kubernetes-based data science platform as part of an agile team.
• You will work on the full lifecycle from concept, development, testing, deployment to documentation.
• You take responsibility for the development of platform modules from conception to production deployment.
• You present your work in (mostly online) meetings with our customers and support them to use our platform effectively.

Your profile

• You enjoy working in a team developing modern AI solutions.
• You think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way.
• Thanks to your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve high productivity, deliver good quality results in time, and motivate other team members.
• Through continuous self-criticism, you iteratively improve your own quality standards.

• You have a master’s degree in computer science or another quantitative field of study.
• You have 2+ years of job experience and have successfully brought container-based products into production.
• You already have experience with some parts of our tech stack:
• Python and Bash (or at least one other language).
• Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD.
• Kubeflow, MLflow.
• Ansible, CI/CD (Gitlab, Github).
• Cloud Computing (GCP, Azure).
• And with these Software Engineering tasks:
• Writing maintainable code.
• Unit- and integration testing.
• Software packaging and containerization.
• Documentation.
• Linux server administration.
• Working in agile teams.
