The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Integrations Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our AI capabilities by collaborating with marketing, sales and product to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI features and integrations. You will be the bridge between our AI models and the rich data sources across our organization, enabling seamless data flow and unlocking the full potential of our AI initiatives.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office. Please note: We are able to consider candidates based in/close to either Berlin, Germany, or Valencia, Spain, for this position.

Your Mission:

• Scope, design, and develop AI-powered features and integrations, focusing on connecting various data sources with our AI models
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to understand their needs and identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve processes and achieve business goals
• Build robust and scalable data pipelines to ensure efficient data transfer and processing between internal systems and AI models
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code in Python and Javascript
• Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to optimize AI model performance and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our AI integration framework and best practices

What you need to succeed:

• Proven knowledge and experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field
• Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and Javascript
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI technologies (e.g. chatbots, virtual assistants, NLP frameworks such as Rasa, Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework)
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and building data pipelines.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and microservices architectures for AI integration
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience working with AI models is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience in agentic AI (e.g. autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning) and integrating intelligent agents into business systems
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with advanced conversational AI applications such as voice assistants, chatbots, and automated support systems
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices, particularly in relation to conversational and generative AI
