revel8 is seeking an Innovation Engineer to drive the next generation of security awareness and human risk products from Munich. You will identify and validate innovations, build rapid prototypes, and lead customer projects end-to-end in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

You will engage with enterprise clients, translate needs into testable solutions, and work with our innovation team to shape our offerings. German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Background in IT security and understanding of modern threat landscape, especially social engineering.
• Ability to build prototypes rapidly (rapid prototyping / vibe-coding) when validation calls for it.
• Confident communicator who can convince enterprise customers and own a project end to end.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Your core mission is to identify the innovations that matter next and then validate them, fast and with substance.
