Zusammenfassung

REPA Deutschland GmbH, part of the REPA Group, invites applications for an AI Engineer / Specialist to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with business, IT, data teams, and partners to translate requirements into practical AI outcomes, from prototypes to production.

You will work with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud services, ensuring data quality, security, and governance while advancing the digital transformation journey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, or AI application development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with SQL and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and/or AI agents.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including Git, APIs, and application architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.

Work location: Bergkirchen (relocating to Unterschleißheim at the end of 2027) As an AI Engineer / Specialist, you will be part of REPA’s AI & Innovation team and help turn AI opportunities into scalable, secure, and business-ready solutions.

You will design, develop, integrate, and continuously improve AI solutions across the organization – from initial prototypes and proof-of-concepts to productive applications. Working closely with business functions, IT, data teams, and external technology partners, you will translate business requirements into practical AI solutions that create measurable value.
