Your tasks:

• Develop Power Platform solutions for the international industrial insurance business (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Develop integrations (e.g., custom connectors, MCP)
• Develop and maintain Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Administration of Azure AI resources
• Guide and support Makers in our Citizen Development on technical AI questions
• Close collaboration with other developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts

Your profile:

• Practical experience in developing AI solutions on Microsoft platforms (Microsoft Power Platform / Azure)
• Good understanding of processes and ideally prior knowledge of (industrial) insurance business processes
• Knowledge of C# and TypeScript
• Knowledge of AI governance, cost management, and licensing is an advantage
• High quality awareness, a focus on business value and usability as well as strong organizational skills
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion for new technologies combined with a strong interest in personal development
