Qualifikationen

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated AI Engineer (m / f / d) who will play a significant role in turning our vision into reality. In this position, you will work within our AI team, developing innovative AI solutions for eye diagnostics.

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of AI algorithms for early diagnosis of eye diseases.
• Optimization of existing AI models and continuous improvement of accuracy and efficiency.
• Integration of AI solutions into our existing products and systems (MLOps).
• Collaboration with our AI scientists to explore and evaluate new approaches and technologies.
• Data analysis and preparation for training and validation of AI models.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of developed AI algorithms.
• Keeping up with current trends and developments in the AI and medical image processing field.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field with an exceptional track record.
• You bring experience in the development and implementation of AI algorithms, ideally in the medical field and/or within a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong knowledge in areas such as machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning.
• You possess programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• You have experience with the deployment and lifecycle management of AI models (MLOps).
• You have experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• You have a team-oriented work approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
