Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with our product and tech team to develop innovative features that address customer needs and drive business impact. In this role, you'll engage in:

Research & Experimentation: Research and delve into cutting‑edge AI techniques, prototype novel ideas, and rigorously validate concepts through experiments and metrics.

End-to-End Development: Transform research insights into production‑ready features through careful planning, prototype development, quality assurance, and seamless integration of AI functionalities.

Problem Solving & Innovation: With a curious and analytical mindset, you’ll ask the deeper "why" questions to uncover root problems, explore creative solutions, and bring them to life.

Take a product‑focused approach and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use.

While you’ll take on significant responsibility, you’re never alone. You can rely on a supportive team where knowledge‑sharing and mutual growth are core values.

What we’re looking for

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in: Data‑Science, Machine learning, Deep learning, Generative AI & AI‑Agents. With a proven track record of developing and deploying AI‑driven solutions in production environments. Focus is especially on bridge from prototype to bring it into production.

Strong Software-Engineering OR Data-Science background. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience.

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, skills with a creative approach to problem‑solving.

Willingness to learn new technologies, work within uncertainties and adapt to changing requirements.

Communication skills, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
