We are building a new team to implement state-of-the-art AI features into Ordio. This team will shape Ordio's future success. If you are passionate about developing scalable AI/ML solutions, especially working with LLMs in agents and copilots, this role is ideal for you.

What you'll do as an AI Engineer:

1. Bring AI solutions to our Web App, shipping full-stack AI projects end-to-end using pre-trained models.
2. Build and integrate components for Ordio's AI infrastructure, supporting production inference and fine-tuning.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI applications, APIs, and UIs following best practices.
4. Design and implement MCP Server for chat-based user interactions.
5. Deploy AI solutions to the Cloud via Terraform, leveraging cloud-native services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI components.
7. Develop and run tests to ensure reliability and robustness of AI systems.

What we are looking for:

• Strong software engineering background with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, especially in generative models.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications, particularly with production LLM use cases.
• Deep understanding of models, context windows, model behavior, and experience with RAG systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools, especially Terraform, on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in testing to ensure system robustness and performance.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.

Bonus: Experience with MCP or similar server infrastructures is a plus.
