Job summary

Компания BWI GmbH ищет специалиста для разработки и поддержки централизованной AI-платформы, интеграции и оптимизации моделей через унифицированные API инференса. Вы будете работать над оценкой и бенчмаркингом моделей, обеспечивать масштабируемость и безопасность сервисов, а также поддерживать разработчиков внутри и вне организации.

Требуется магистр в области CS/математики, не менее 5 лет опыта, знание языков русск., немецкого и английского.

Qualifications

• Завершение магистратуры в области информатики, математики или сопутствующей дисциплины.

Responsibilities

• Разработка, внедрение и эксплуатация центральной AI-платформы.
• Интеграция и настройка AI-моделей через стандартизированные API для вывода инференса.
• Оценка, сравнение и бенчмаркинг моделей с учётом требований приложения.
• Обеспечение масштабируемости, безопасности, надёжности и производительности инференс-API.
• Предоставление инструментов для чат-ботов и агентов через MCP, A2A и AG-UI.
• Разработка и внедрение агентов на базе LLM с использованием LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI.
• Сотрудничество с MLOps-инженерами в построении инфраструктуры (GPU-кластеры, Kubernetes).
• Документация и поддержка внутренних и внешних разработчиков.

Help shape the digital future-readiness of the German Armed Forces together with us.

Задачи

• Design, development, and operation of a central AI platform
• Integration, provision, and optimization of AI models via standardized inference APIs
• Selection, evaluation, and benchmarking of AI models, taking application requirements into account
• Ensuring the scalability, security, reliability, and performance of inference APIs under load (e.g. caching, rate limiting)
• Providing functionalities and tools for chatbots and agents via MCP, A2A, and AG-UI
• Implementing and integrating LLM-based agents using common Python frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI)
• Collaborating with MLOps Engineers on integrating AI models and services into our infrastructure (e.g. GPU clusters, Kubernetes)
• Documentation and support for internal and external developers

Требования

• Completed master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience after completing your degree is required
• Experience evaluating, deploying, and operating AI models in production
• Experience in prompt, context, and tool engineering for generative AI models
• Experience in backend development with Python, Go, Rust, or Java
• Experience with on-premises cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Expertise in performance optimization and monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
• Ability to independently develop and evaluate technical concepts, and present and advocate for them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
