Enfint is expanding its AI team to develop AI-driven analytics and decision-support solutions within Palantir Foundry and AIP. You will build end-to-end ML models, apply LLM/NLP techniques, and collaborate with data engineers to prepare high-quality datasets for production workflows.

The role emphasizes experimentation, model evaluation, and deployment monitoring, with opportunities to work across business domains and stay current with GenAI trends.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or applied data science.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or GenAI use cases (prompt design, embeddings, classification, summarization).
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, training, evaluation, iteration.
• Experience with structured data (tabular, time-series).
• Familiarity with enterprise data environments and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to explain model results and AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Nice to have Foundry Ontology, Object Builders, Code Repositories.
• Experience in big pharma or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security in AI apps.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
