What you’ll do

• Design and deliver hands- on training programs for tools like Microsoft Copilot & GPT
• Enable operational teams to integrate AI into daily GxP-compliant workflows
• Develop smart, validated prompts and guides for tasks like deviations, CAPAs & change control
• Build and implement Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Power Automate) tailored to pharma use cases
• Define best practices, measure AI-driven efficiency, and report impact regularly
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed scalable AI solutions in core systems

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Quality Management or related field (Master a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g. GPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong command of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Automate in particular)
• Familiarity with GxP and pharma regulatory environments
• Excellent communication & training skills – in both German and English
• A curious, pragmatic mindset and a drive to build things that actually work
