As our new AI Ecosystem & Capability Lead you will be able to create a scalable structure for the product teams, where you interface with the Ramboll Tech Leadership team, Chapter leads, and external partners and vendors. As Ramboll Tech is quickly growing and executing, there is ample opportunity to bring your specific strengths to bear.

What you will do

• You will act as the right hand of the Head of AI & Digital Products in operational and strategic activities.
• You will structure the management of our global product owners to ensure strategic alignment and harmonized reporting, also towards our performance and portfolio management.
• You will contribute to the operationalization and formulation of our AI strategy.
• You will aid in scaling the organization and impact by liaising with vendors, partners, and different parts of the organization to ensure the effectiveness of our AI efforts.
• You will ensure the adherence to Ramboll’s product lifecycle by designing and executing a lightweight governance that the product owners can act on.
• You will contribute to the design of the budget flow and ensure financial excellence for all product teams.
• You will manage special small-scale projects within the organization.

How you will succeed in your role

• You have demonstrated that you can create structure and ensure adherence, even in complex environments and under pressure.
• You bring experience in strategy development, organizational change, process optimization, and culture development, ideally in a high-paced environment.
• You have demonstrated ability in bringing together different work cultures and align behind a common goal.
• You can quickly create effective communication in the form of memos and slides for both executive leaders and full organizations.
• Ideally, you are used to complex, international environments.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
• You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing.
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office.
