You will design and implement practical AI-powered solutions, including analytics and dashboards, and drive measurable outcomes from ideation to deployment. The role requires leading Data & AI initiatives, collaborating with business leaders and central teams, and advancing governance and responsible AI practices in an international,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or process optimization
• Hands-on experience in developing AI, automation, and data solutions, and managing projects from concept to implementation
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating needs into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Responsible AI, and modern data platforms
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
