Summary & Role Information:

SAP's Cloud Landscape Directory (CLD) service is providing a business inventory of SAP's cloud landscape across all products and platforms and serves as an important data provider for many SAP-internal and customer-facing tools and services.

We are looking for talented AI Developer to join our innovative scrum team helping us to add and embed AI functions and capabilities to SAP's Cloud Landscape Directory service which is primarily implemented on the ABAP platform using RAP programming model.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop AI product features within the CLD service and support the team to deliver AI capabilities on a continuous basis.
• Integrate the AI features into the service UI and the SAP Digital Assistant (Joule)
• Discuss product requirements with our stakeholders and identify appropriate solution designs.
• Utilize agile development practices to deliver highest quality.
• Follow a DevOps approach to ensure a seamless deployment and operation of our production environments.

What you bring:

• Very good experience working with LLMs and generative AI frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build or integrate AI-driven features into applications.
• Very good 3+ years development expertise in design & programming in an object-oriented language (preferably in ABAP OO).
• Experienced in scrum and agile development practices.
• Profound knowledge of cloud architecture, web technologies and security aspects.
• Good analytical skills and strong customer focus.
• Language skills: fluent in English, having skills in German is beneficial.
