Tasks

As an AI Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge AI solutions for business application development, as well as native AI functionality.

Your tasks will include:

• Develop state-of-the-art software components using our own generative artificial intelligence framework.
• Drive the full cycle of agentic AI development, from start to finish, including requirement specification, development and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product teams to define features and enhancements that meet the needs of both current and future customers

Requirements

• Educational Background: University degree in computer science or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, or Typescript. Experience in prompt engineering, working with LLMs and state-of-the-art technologies like MCP.
• Mindset: Strong inclination towards leveraging AI to solve real world problems for both business users and developers, while valuing the importance of code quality and ownership.
• Domain Interest: Enthusiasm for working with business, accounting, and financial software. An understanding of ML concepts and statistics.
• Communication: Fluency in English, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Work Ethic: Reliable and meticulous approach to work, with a high degree of quality awareness and business acumen.
