Zusammenfassung

OMMAX is seeking a data and AI leader to drive strategic transformations by combining analytical thinking with hands-on delivery. You will translate complex requirements into scalable AI and data solutions and help design modern data architectures.

In this role you will collaborate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Strategy teams, build data products, manage deployments, and ensure successful integration into existing workflows while maintaining high quality and sustainable value.

Qualifikationen

• You hold an outstanding degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You bring several years of relevant professional experience in Data & AI, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting environments.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills and have experience managing and implementing complex data and AI initiatives in a structured manner.
• You bring solid hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• You are familiar with modern data platforms, visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, as well as AI and deployment workflows.
• You are able to communicate complex technical topics in a practical and understandable way and confidently collaborate with clients and diverse stakeholders.
• You work in a proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented manner and thrive in agile and dynamic environments.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

• You support clients in successfully driving data- and AI-powered transformations by combining strategic thinking with operational excellence and close collaboration across clients and internal teams.
• You analyze existing processes, identify operational and technological challenges, and translate complex requirements into scalable AI and data solutions with measurable business impact.
• You design and implement modern data and AI architectures, manage deployments, and ensure successful integration into existing systems and workflows.
• You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across Data, Engineering, Product, and Strategy to develop innovative data products, AI workflows, and scalable solutions.
• You lead workshops, manage stakeholders across all levels, and present strategic recommendations to both operational teams and senior management.
• You take ownership of the successful execution of complex AI and data initiatives, ensuring high quality, scalability, and sustainable value creation.
• You actively contribute to the development of best practices, governance structures, and AI deployment standards while driving innovation based on emerging technology and market trends.
