Zusammenfassung

OMMAX is seeking a senior AI engineer to lead the development of innovative AI and Generative AI systems. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications from architecture to deployment, guiding teams to build robust LLM-based solutions with high engineering quality.

You will collaborate closely with founders and partners, shape technical direction, and benefit from a hybrid working model with offices in Munich and other major cities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 8+ years in AI engineering or large-scale systems.
• Strong expertise in ML systems, LLMs, and cloud AI infra.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• You have 8+ years of experience in AI engineering or large-scale system development.
• You have strong expertise in machine learning systems, LLMs, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• You have proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
• You have a deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
