Your role
As Briink’s AI Customer Solutions Engineer, you will play a central role in advancing Briink’s mission to accelerate the climate transition by enhancing our customers' ESG workflows with AI.
You will lead efforts to ensure clients get real value from Briink’s AI technology by helping them successfully build their ESG use-cases on the Briink platform. This includes client-facing skills such as understanding their needs in detail and translating those into workflows in the Briink platform as well as more technical tasks such as AI prompt optimization, API integration support, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure their success as they transition to AI-enabled ESG workflows.
