AI Business Development Manager – Microsoft Business Applications (DACH)

To fuel their expansion across the DACH region, they are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their leadership team.

The Opportunity
  • Accelerate growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by identifying and closing new opportunities in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
  • Engage with C-level decision makers, building trusted partnerships around AI-powered CRM, ERP, and analytics solutions.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Microsoft and other strategic partners.
  • Expand existing customer relationships while driving new business acquisition across DACH.
Your Profile
  • Proven track record in business development, partner management, Account Management, or sales within Microsoft Business Applications and Power Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of how AI is transforming business applications and the ability to convert that into client value.
  • Established network and experience in the DACH markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English.
