About the role:

As part of our Flex Team, you'll contribute to AI projects such as:

• Writing or classifying prompts to refine AI responses.
• Validating multimedia content like images and videos.
• Training AI communication models by speaking with different emotions.
• Engaging in tasks requiring creativity, precision, and adaptability.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory).
• Language skills: Fluent or native Turkish skills (C1/C2) and English at least B2 level.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch seamlessly between tasks and projects.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for evaluating and improving AI processes.
• Communication Skills: Ability to deliver content with varied tones and emotions.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
