Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced AI automation engineer to design and scale an advanced bookkeeping platform in Germany. You will build multi-agent workflows, integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB, and translate business ideas into production-ready AI solutions using Claude and Claude Code.

You will collaborate with leadership to prioritize new AI capabilities and drive efficiency across accounting processes with modular, scalable systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems (2–3+ years).
• Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Experience designing and deploying agent-based or multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems (at least 2-3 years)
• Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code
• Experience designing and deploying agent-based or multi-agent systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
• Experience building practical AI solutions for real business environments
• Hands‑on experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of workflow architecture, process optimization, and systems design
• Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and continuously improve automation solutions
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
