Jobtailor in Frankfurt, Germany, is seeking a proactive intern to support the Account Management team with day-to-day client work, reporting, and meeting preparation. You will also create personalized Pitchlane videos and follow-ups to convert replies into meetings, and you will quickly spot bottlenecks to ensure nothing

• You spot early when something is stuck with a client and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (both are fine; internship alongside studies welcome).
• You already use AI in much of what you do and have built or automated small projects with it (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, scripts, or similar).
• You think in levers rather than hours and want to deliver real output, not just show presence.
• You are fast, independent, and drive tasks to 100% completion.
• You aim to be in the top 1%, actively seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
• You communicate clearly and directly (German fluent, English confident).
