HOW TO CONVINCE
Professional Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in developing automation solutions and AI integration, focusing on optimizing business processes and API-based workflows
- Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
Technical Expertise:
- Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, Node.js, JavaScript, or comparable languages)
- Experience with API integrations (e.g., Zendesk, Twilio, OpenAI, Google APIs)
- Understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and their structuring
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or custom scripting
AI Expertise:
- Experience working with AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Knowledge of creating and optimizing knowledge databases and training machine learning models
- Interest in the latest developments in artificial intelligence and automation
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop pragmatic solutions
- Understanding of structuring knowledge and effectively using data for AI-powered applications
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and motivation to implement innovative ideas
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies

YOUR DAILY TASKS
Development and Implementation of AI-Powered Customer Care Solutions:
- Build and optimize AI bots for text and phone inquiries to provide automated and personalized customer service
- Integrate tools like Zendesk, Twilio, or other customer care platforms with OpenAI APIs and other AI services
- Create and maintain knowledge databases that serve as the foundation for effective and precise AI interactions
Business Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Identify automation potentials in various company departments such as sales, accounting, logistics, and customer service
- Develop customized automation solutions using AI, APIs, and other technologies
- Monitor the performance of all business processes and continuously optimize them
Technical Development and Implementation:
- Program and deploy automation and AI workflows using Python, Node.js, or other common technologies
- Build and manage data pipelines and integrations between various software solutions and platforms
- Ensure scalability and stability of the developed solutions
Collaboration and Knowledge Management:
- Work with teams from different departments to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Establish and maintain a structured knowledge database used by AI bots to deliver high-quality results
- Train internal employees in the use of developed systems
