We’re scaling our operations and need a builder who loves to automate, connect tools, and create systems that help the business run smarter and faster. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, data, and AI, working hands-on to streamline workflows, migrate systems, and build the foundation for AI-powered operations.
Your Mission
- Integrations & APIs: Connect and manage integrations across platforms like Monday.com, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and others.
- Automation Workflows: Design and implement workflows in Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n to reduce manual work.
- Custom Scripts: Write simple Python/JavaScript scripts when out-of-the-box integrations aren’t enough.
- Data & Dashboards: Help us build and maintain a data layer (Airtable, SQL, Supabase, or equivalent) and connect it to BI tools for visualization.
- Platform Migrations: Support system transitions (e.g., CRM, project management tools) with smooth data migration.
- AI Agent Development: Prototype and deploy AI agents that support our team’s workflows (using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and leadership to understand needs and build scalable solutions.

- Strong experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations.
- Experience with databases and BI tools (Airtable, Postgres, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with GitHub (basic version control, repo management).
