Job summary

WaveSix Labs is building next-generation AI systems and automation workflows to solve real business problems. You’ll craft data pipelines and AI pipelines with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval where they add real value.

Expect to design and ship reliable, scalable AI solutions with a focus on observability, failure handling, and integration into business tools and processes. Hybrid work setup and a culture of trust highlighted.

Qualifications

• Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering and evaluation
• RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases
• Workflow automation and orchestration — agents, triggers, conditional logic
• Strong judgment on when to use AI vs deterministic logic
• ETL/ELT pipeline design, SQL, data modeling, API integrations
• Airflow, Prefect, dbt, BigQuery/Snowflake, cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure)

Experience with data engineering is a meaningful plus: DAGs, ETL pipelines, and agent workflows share the same core challenges around reliability, observability, and failure handling.
