  • Design and deliver training programs, suiting initiatives, workshops and communication strategies tailored to diverse user groups
  • Effectively respond to the fast-paced, volatile AI landscape by adapting quickly to emerging trends and shifting conditions
  • Nurture lively communities, foster knowledge exchange and provide engaging content on new trends
  • Gather user feedback, monitor adoption metrics and work with product teams to continuously improve user experience
  • AI Advocacy: Act as an internal ambassador for AI and showcase its business potential
Profile
  • Proven experience in change management, IT adoption or digital transformation roles
  • Experience in designing and delivering training or enablement programs
  • Background in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for measurable impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools from personal or professional context
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion for new technologies combined with a strong interest in personal development
  • Fluent spoken and written English; German is a strong plus
