The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging AI for content creation, market research, reporting, and optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Management.
• AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience integrating AI into daily marketing workflows.
• Prompt engineering and experience with AI platforms for content creation, planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience designing or managing AI agents and automated workflows to streamline marketing processes.
• Comfortable with AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, automation, and collaboration.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, online marketplaces, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, AI, Automation, or Analytics are advantageous.
