Jackalope Digital LLC seeks a Director AI & Automation to own technology strategy, architecture, and AI transformation. You will drive AI across products and client engagements, aligning strategy with revenue and market positioning, and collaborate with the management team on delivery and consulting alignment.

You will lead AI-first initiatives, build productized AI services, and embed governance, tooling, and playbooks across all delivery teams while advancing to Partner level with equity

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience owning technology strategy and architecture at senior level in a consulting or MarTech environment.
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Digitalization, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience leading digital transformation and automation projects with strong PM skills.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM tooling and delivering real-world AI enablement.
• Programming understanding (e.g., Python) and API/interface integration knowledge.
• Strong data structures and data management fundamentals.

Your Mission

We are looking for a Director AI & Automation to join our management team and take full ownership of our technology strategy, architecture, and AI transformation. You will own technical decision making for OMC, and you will be the driving force behind embedding AI across everything we build and deliver, both internally and for our clients.

The foundation for this is already in place. We have been working with AI and Machine Learning for years, and have long implemented services like predictive lead scoring for our clients. What started as pockets of expertise across the consultancy has now grown into something central to our strategy, and we are professionalizing it accordingly. What we need now is someone to own this transformation end to end and take it to the next level, a role important enough to warrant its own dedicated seat in management.

You will work in direct, close collaboration with the rest of the management team on overall strategy, consulting/delivery alignment, and on how technology and AI translate into revenue and market positioning.

What You'll Own

Technology & Architecture

• Full ownership of technical and architectural decisions across OMC's systems

• Definition and evolution of our internal and client facing technology stack

AI Transformation

• Design and drive OMC's AI first strategy end to end, from internal tooling to client facing service offerings

• Build and codify AI first productized service offerings we can sell to enterprise clients, including methodology, pricing, and delivery model

Client Delivery

• Lead client engagements on Marketo/Adobe and Molequle architecture, including integrations with CRM and other systems in the client's MarTech stack

• Lead client engagements focused on AI adoption and AI augmented delivery within the Adobe/Marketo space

• Embed AI into our delivery practice through tooling, playbooks, and governance frameworks

Team Enablement

• Enable and upskill OMC consultants and delivery teams on AI tooling and methodology

• Roll out internal AI tooling across our teams, with clear adoption targets

Thought Leadership

• Represent OMC's AI first positioning externally, including speaking engagements at industry events such as Adobe Summit and Marketo User Groups

• Produce technical articles and blog content that establish OMC as a thought leader in AI for MarTech

What You Bring

• Proven experience owning technology strategy and architecture at a senior or principal level, ideally in a consulting, agency, or MarTech environment

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Digitalization, Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and/or driving process automation, along with strong project management experience

• Deep, hands on familiarity with AI/LLM tooling and how to operationalize it in real delivery settings

• Technical understanding and ideally programming skills, for example Python and API/interface integration

• Expertise in data structures and data management

• Experience with the Adobe B2B marketing stack, particularly Marketo and AJO

• Analytical thinking with a structured, solution oriented way of working

• Strong communicator, credible in front of clients, teams, and at industry events, and able to bridge between business and IT

• Self driven, with genuine enthusiasm for actively pushing change forward

• Fluent English is required

• German is a strong plus but not a must have

• Based in Europe
