Your responsibilities
As Scrum Master / Agile Master (all genders welcome), you promote the agile way of working in several product development teams within our Green Hydrogen Product Development program, leveraging your methodological skills:
- You support the Product Owner / Program Manager and act as Agile Master within our product development programs, guiding an interdisciplinary team towards innovative and cost-effective solutions for our products.
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor all agile activities within the development programs, implementing approaches to enhance quality and efficiency.
- As Agile Master, you organize and facilitate events such as Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Challenging Days, supporting continuous improvement in an agile environment.
- You serve as a link between stakeholders and development teams, acting as mediator and motivator.
- You identify and remove obstacles hindering the agile process (management escalation) and initiate improvements.
- You report regularly to higher management levels, aligned with the program manager and product architect.
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Engineering Sciences or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master roles, or similar.
- You possess strong communication and facilitation skills, with an agile and results-oriented mindset.
- You demonstrate good analytical skills, solution merging, concept elaboration, and guiding the development of alternatives.
- You are proficient in common agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) and tools (MS Teams, Jira, DevOps).
- Fluent business English skills are required.
- You have intercultural awareness, supporting effective collaboration across cultures.
- You are willing to travel within Germany and internationally on a regular basis.
