• Lead two cross-functional IT teams as an Agile Master, guiding them to realize the product vision and achieve excellence.
• Drive IT organizational development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Use KPIs to measure the effectiveness of agile processes and practices, aiming for ongoing enhancement.
• Facilitate and moderate workshops within and outside your teams.
• Take on new and exciting challenges that we may not even anticipate yet.

What we expect from you:

• Qualifications: Experience as a Scrum Master or in another agile role; certification is a plus. A completed degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Experience & Skills: Ideally with an IT background, knowledge of Jira and Confluence, experience with Kanban or other agile methodologies, coaching and mediation skills.
• Personality & Work Style: Strong communication skills, empathy, structured and results-oriented approach. Motivating leadership that enables teams to operate independently and live agile principles.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
