Your tasks:

• Coaching teams to optimize collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking and focus on delivering results - both stragegically and conceptionally.
• Leading agile ceremonies and guiding teams towards timely delivery and building the right products right.
• Proactively identifying and eliminating impediments to ensure productivity and team happiness.
• Efficient communication with stakeholders and fostering decision making.
• Being part of the leadership team by handling people management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coaching people individually for their personal development in their current role and for future roles.

Your profile:

• You bring significant experience of leading an agile team in a coach/servant leader role (eg as Scrum Master, Agile Coach)
• Expertise in agile methodologies, certified in a recognized agile methodology (eg Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in Agile Software Development and/or Commercial environments is a strong plus
• While automotive software experience is a strong plus, it´s not a must.
• Experience in guiding the alignment of strategic goals with multiple product development teams (OKR, scaled Agility, Flightlevels) a plus
• Strong facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• You strive by taking decisions quickly and fearlessly
• Experience in supporting employee development and personal growth, ideally in people coaching & leadership.
• You speak fluent English; any additional language (German/Spanish) is a plus

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency / flexibility:

Hybrid or Remote within Germany. However, we have regular on-site team events.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up: for this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (notebook, headset, backpack) if you are working in an office, and for remote workers we have an extended set-up.

Vacation: 30 days a year.
