As a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach at Wandelbots, your mission is to enhance team collaboration, streamline project workflows through effective JIRA management and cultivate an environment conducive to efficient communication and tracking of KPIs, Epics and stories.YourResponsibilities:
Workflow Optimization and Collaboration:
Implement strategies to optimize project workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration among team members
Foster an environment that promotes effective communication and collaboration across different teams
JIRA Automation and Management:
Leverage JIRA to automate and enhance project management processes
Ensure efficient use of JIRA for tracking Epics, stories, and team progress, providing real-time insights
Team Dynamics Enhancement:
Understand and adapt to multiple teams with diverse collaboration styles
Assist teams in adapting to onboarding/offboarding of members smoothly and efficiently
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers
Actively communicate with engineering management, product management and other relevant teams
Solid work experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach, with a focus on workflow optimization, JIRA management and fostering team collaboration
Proficient in applying agile principles, with experience in scaled environments or frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, Scrum at Scale, etc.)
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution and continual improvement
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and other tools used in agile teams
Fluent in English (C1 level) and at least basic proficiency in German (A2 level)
Awesome If:
Proficient in remote facilitation
Familiarity with modern work organisation concepts
Experience in robotics or the manufacturing industry
Exposure to Scrum in hardware development
Familiarity with OKRs
Experience in solid release processes
