Following our continued success and international growth plans, we're now looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help us develop our organization further.
As an Agile Coach, you'll work daily with our tech teams that operate within different value streams and across various levels of the organization. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with non-tech departments. You'll contribute to fostering a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame. We operate a hybrid work model, so you'll be based in Düsseldorf and willing to meet the team in Palma regularly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building the leadership triangle between the product area lead, tech area lead, and the agile coach as an area coach.
- Supporting Product & Tech teams by facilitating and introducing Agile practices.
- Supporting the OKR process across your area or value stream.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
- Expertise with various Agile frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, Nexus, OKR) and their application in different contexts.
- Practical experience with tools like Jira (admin level), Confluence, Lucid/Miro.
- Confidence in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing ambiguity.
- A servant leadership mindset and a natural willingness to empower teams and individuals.
- Goal-oriented with skills in managing priorities and driving process improvements.
- Strong team spirit and independence; a hands-on approach is essential.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.
- Experience working in international and remote environments; fluency in English.
- Leadership, training, education, or coaching background (preferred but not mandatory).
