Our goal is to establish Cellcentric as a leading global manufacturer of fuel cells, contributing to climate-neutral and sustainable transportation.

In Cellcentric Aftersales, you will play a central role in product development and in supporting our customers. You are responsible for the smooth handling of the aftersales process, processing technical inquiries, and coordinating customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate enquiries in the product development process, represent Aftersales in product development committees, and provide timely Aftersales input for product development.
  • Ensure that technical and economic aftersales objectives are considered during product development.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to design service-oriented products, coordinating customer requirements.
  • Identify future spare parts requirements and define the spare parts portfolio.
  • Recognize the impact of technical changes on the service organization and update technical documentation accordingly.
  • Verify and implement technical requirements for new components.
  • Ensure quality and KPIs are met in the aftersales area.
  • Create training materials for customers and partners on product use and maintenance.
Experience and Qualifications :
  • State-certified automotive technician or equivalent vocational qualification, or a degree in engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical aftersales within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of fuel cell systems and experience with systems like MS Office, SAP, Codebeamer is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Enjoys working in an international environment; fluent in English and German.
