Position: After Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Bremen, Germany

Field: Defence

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating requests for quotations for spare parts, repairs, services, or complex tenders/framework agreements.
  • Preparing and processing commercial offers for supply contracts, repairs, warranties, or service agreements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as maintenance, scheduling, purchasing, and legal.
  • Managing repair processes and communication with the federal quality inspection centre (ZtQ).
  • Calculating offer prices according to guidelines.
  • Negotiating quotations with customers and handling commercial aspects within guidelines.
  • Processing contracts with customers and internal departments (invoices, shipping, export control, etc.).
  • Acting as interface to accounting, dispatch, legal, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial studies or training with relevant experience.
  • Experience with export contracts and legal standards (e.g., AWG, KWKG, OECD guidelines).
  • Knowledge of VO PR 30/53, ABBV, VOL/A, VOL/B, and pricing checks.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Goal-oriented, independent, committed, and proactive.
  • Intercultural competence and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
