Affiliate Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Team

The Performance Marketing team is responsible for the direct marketing channels SEA, paid social, affiliate, programmatic, and SEO. This means the team plays a key role in the growth strategy and continuously contributes to new customer acquisition. The team's goal is to raise awareness of our products and convince potential customers along the funnel. Our mission is to support all dog and cat owners in keeping their four-legged family members healthy.

Tasks

You will be responsible for our Affiliate Marketing programs on the platforms AWIN and Finance Ads. Your responsibilities include finding and onboarding new partners, activating partnerships, and developing partner relationships through various actions (e.g., sales rallies, promotions). Your role is crucial in building strong relationships with partners across the affiliate platform environment. Specifically:

  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies to increase reach and revenue.
  • Supporting and expanding existing affiliate partnerships and identifying new cooperation opportunities, including negotiating commission models, terms, and customized campaigns (e.g., content and display).
  • Planning and executing digital campaigns while maintaining brand integrity and compliance.
  • Analyzing and monitoring affiliate programs based on relevant KPIs (conversion rate, ROI, CLV, etc.), maintaining affiliate networks, and continuously optimizing programs.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (e.g., content, SEA, SEO, social media) to maximize campaign success.
  • Preparing regular reports and deriving data-based recommendations for action.
