David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Managerto join theirteam.

Position : Affiliate Manager

Location : remote, EMEA region

Employment type : Full-time, Service Agreement

Remuneration : Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Recruit / look for new Affiliates / IBs and maintain relationships with currentAffiliates / IBs
  • Maintain / monitor affiliate programs and activities
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Search for Affiliate / Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with theaffiliate program
  • Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existingpartners
  • Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns oninvestment (ROI)
  • Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spammingor publishing confidential information
  • Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results orneed to be improved / discontinued
  • Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materialsfor Affiliates for specific GEO
  • Write marketing briefs to develop assets forcampaigns and initiate new campaign ideas / bonus offers for affiliates
  • Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 1-2 years'experience in an Affiliate Manager role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is considered a plus
  • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills (both oral and written), curiousand positive attitude
  • Proficiency working withMicrosoft Office package (Excel)
  • Ability to travel to conferences and / or team meetings in other locations whenneeded.
