Position: Advisor & Value Manager

Tasks:

1. Management of projects to optimize productivity, processes and procedures with a focus on increasing value and efficiency
2. Monitoring the sustainability of implemented measures
3. Moderation of workshops and support of teams to optimize process flows
4. Accompaniment of the teams to self-organization and independent success control
5. Concept development and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value
6. Analysis of existing business processes, identification of bottlenecks and vulnerabilities
7. Analysis of the process organization and identification of potential for improvement
8. Creation of process documentation
9. Support of the programmes and projects in the implementation of the process organisation
10. Collaborate with relevant departments to successfully implement process changes

Requirements:

1. Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
2. Good knowledge of product development and the project delivery process
3. Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
5. Knowledge of process management methods and tools (Six Sigma, Lean Management)
6. Demonstrable experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
7. Worldwide willingness to travel
8. Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness
9. Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and conversation skills
