This is your opportunity to join a global leader in IT services, taking on a key role in transforming SAP delivery for medium to large-scale organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Driving Strategic Innovation – Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand and enhance service offerings across SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Optimising Service Delivery – Manage operational delivery to ensure it aligns with workforce planning, budget constraints, and client expectations.
• Ensuring Compliance & Performance – Maintain adherence to SLAs and contractual commitments while implementing governance-driven improvements.
• Strengthening Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and proactive management of challenges.

What We’re Looking For :

• Fluent English, German is nice to have.
• Minimum 10 / 15 years of experience in leading and managing IT services delivery
• Proven track record of success in a Managed Services environment
