Job Description:

Taboola is looking for an outstanding, execution focused and results-driven Sales Manager to work within the Global Growth Advertiser Sales team. This role is part of the newly created Growth Sales department, which aims to drive significant growth for Taboola. The core responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, outreach to prospects, demos, negotiations, and closing deals for sponsored content on the Taboola platform. This is a new business sales role within a new team.

The Sales Manager will research, identify, engage, and close advertisers to diversify and expand content offerings. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, capable of sourcing, prospecting, and structuring deals independently.

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Understanding of digital technology & revenue ecosystem, explaining product benefits within this context
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective prioritization without losing sight of objectives
  • Accurate forecasting of new business closures and revenue
  • Building and pursuing a large pipeline of leads independently
  • Collaborating with Sales Development, other Growth Managers, and regional leadership to achieve revenue goals
  • Building media plans to meet advertiser objectives and KPIs
  • Managing client expectations and campaign success in coordination with Account Management
  • Providing product feedback based on field intelligence
  • Managing presentations, relationships, and contract negotiations
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, recording outbound activities accurately
  • Working closely with your manager for updates, feedback, and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Passion and drive to sell
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a sales role, preferably in digital media
  • Keen interest or knowledge in performance marketing, industry trends, KPIs, and products
  • Experience in deal structuring and negotiation
  • Passion for online advertising and technology, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills for business intelligence and trend monitoring
  • Excellent technological skills and quick learning ability for campaign support
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
