Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized solutions based on Databricks to design and implement scalable data architectures, data pipelines, and AI workflows using Databricks, cloud platforms, and additional tools such as dbt.
• Conducting workshops, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concepts to validate solution approaches
• Implementing data-driven solutions – depending on experience, in roles such as Data Engineer, Developer, Data Scientist, Analyst, ML Engineer, or Administrator
• Advising on best practices in development, security, governance, and the continuous integration of new Databricks features
• Responsibility for the planning, management, and successful implementation of complex Databricks projects

Qualifications

• University degree and several years of relevant professional experience with the Databricks platform in roles such as Data Engineer, Developer, Analyst, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Administrator, Project Manager, Team Lead, or Architect
• Passion for data solutions, cloud technologies, and machine learning
• Expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark), ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling, including experience with SQL, cloud platforms, analytics, and version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Your working style is characterized by analytical thinking, pragmatic approaches, teamwork skills, and customer focus.

• Start: By arrangement – always at the beginning of each month
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours) and/or part-time (from 24 hours) possible; 30 vacation days
