Your mission
You'll be responsible for complex AdTech projects, from conception to go-live, with a focus on stability, performance, and timelines.
You'll optimize our AdStack around Google Ad Manager 360 and Prebid (client- & server-side) in both web and app environments.
You'll continuously monitor and optimize the technical processes in ad serving for seamless delivery, high ad quality, and maximum monetization.
You'll collaborate closely with teams from Product, Sales, Data, and Development to implement innovative monetization approaches.
You'll technically integrate new SSPs, PMP deals, and demand partners and support their onboarding.
You'll strategically develop our AdTech landscape, whether it's new formats, smart targeting, or privacy-compliant setups.
KPIs like eCPMs, fill rates, and viewability aren't just buzzwords to you; they're tools for targeted optimization.
You'll test new tools, technologies, and trends, from cookieless targeting to ad verification.
GDPR, TCF 2.2, CMPs – you know the rules of the game and implement them cleanly and confidently.
Your profile
Experience in the AdTech/AdOps sector, ideally from a publisher or marketer perspective
Solid knowledge of Google Ad Manager 360 and Header Bidding (Prebid.js / Server). Experience with native app monetization is a strong plus
Proficiency in debugging and monitoring, ideally in both web and app environments.
Strong expertise in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, DSPs, Deals, AdExchange, OpenRTB)
Interest in First-Party Data strategies and cookieless technologies.
Data privacy isn't a hurdle for you – you have a good understanding of regulatory foundations
