Responsibilities

• You will take on operational tasks relating to accounting and settlement for national and international toll boxes and solutions.
• You will create invoices and credit notes for various toll partners.
• You will coordinate the receipt of invoices from our toll partners for additional services.
• You will monitor the accounts payable and/or accounts receivable of our toll partners.
• You will handle complaints relating to the payment flows of our toll partners in a comprehensive manner.
• You will be involved in the creation of technical requirements for existing and new billing processes.
• You will participate in relevant regular meetings.
• You will define technical requirements within the scope of your area of responsibility.
• You will incorporate these requirements into an agile development process.
• You will develop, optimise and test specific processes.
• You will ensure monitoring and quality assurance in close cooperation with the Shared Service Centre.
• You will assist in the documentation of billing processes that meet ISO requirements.
• You will document in accordance with internal guidelines.
• You will participate in toll-specific projects.
• You prepare billing-related information and processes.
• You create sales and communication documents.
• You train the sales team across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in economics or comparable training and are interested in working in the financial sector. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of professional experience.
• You are the right fit for us if you excel in conceptualisation and problem-solving and also have technical understanding.
• You enjoy working across teams in an international and agile environment.
• Your business fluent written and spoken German is complemented by very good English skills. Additional language skills are desirable.
